Why do so many folks insist on total information before boarding their cruise? 1. Please post all the dailies so I can know everything ahead of time. 2. Can someone post all the Chef’s table menus, even though they may not be the same on my cruise. 3. Can you post a list of all the officers on the ship. 4. Which way does the bed face in cabin xxxx? 5 What night is lobster night? 6. Can someone post the hours all the restaurants are open.. 7. Would someone post a picture of yyyy. 8. What restaurants are open for lunch on embarkation day? etc., etc. etc. Some of our best travel experiences have occurred without any advance notice of what our options were or what was about to happen. Query: Can one “overplan” a cruise??

You state “NCL was not able to fulfill their commitment to get us to our cruise.” NCL acted as your agent in securing your flights. They have no “commitment” to get you successfully to your cruise.

Buffet attendants will gladly get you a glass of wine from the nearest bar.

The braggarts are still here. Now they brag about how much they tip their steward or butler, or how much they paid for a cabana on the private islands…

Since Verifly can’t really verify anything, since it has no access to government or private medical records, it is nothing more than a creative service developed by an entrepreneur to make big bucks. We did this also. Crossing was fine. Only rough seas were after we were sailing South along Brazil. Safari was great! Many species in a natural habitat and up close photo ops. If you stop in Casablanca, take the tour to Rabat. Lots to see and very educational. Casablanca looked like a nasty place, and Rick’s is a recreated tourist trap.

Why is it that, after telling us that tipping is a personal thing, many insist on bragging about how much they tip by giving us exact amounts?? Tipping threads are nothing but vanity threads. 🙄

Sounds like JetBlue. They tried to switch us onto those a few weeks ago. Not impressed with JetBlue lately, but they own the BOS to SJU route.

Yeah, that’s how most people book cruises - I don’t care about the itinerary, just give me a cruise of xx days from xxx port to xxx port…🙄

Limited wheelchair accessible vans. Best to book in advance. Googling yields a number of companies.

I don’t think it’s NCL’s obligation to get you there. They act as an agent in selling you an air ticket. If your flight arrives late, for whatever the reason, it’s on your dime to get to the next port. Does your travel agent guarantee you an on-time arrival?? That’s why everyone advises to buy travel insurance.

Atlantis has multiple taxi stands, mostly catering to cruisers returning to the ship. You can get your own or pay less by asking for a group van outside near Marina Village shops.

Take a cab. That’s not a good section to walk in!
