Thanks to fellow CC folks and after struggling to FIND the "chat " feature.....I found it yesterday ! used it regarding a deposit issue. It was a great! Absolutely wonderful experience.and I had a great princess representative. I would suggest to Princess that the dont bury the feature at the bottom of the page in a tiny box.

thanks very much to party barbie and JT 1962!.. very much appreciate your responses and help..... but when I pull up "princess .com" website ...not logging into my princess account! ...I get a completely different web page that is different from the photo JT1962 sent me.... mine has no "chat " ... and the pictures are different.... do you think princess has something against us folks from Florida?....again thanks for your patience with me!

today I ...(totally me !) ...screwed up and PAID OFF a cruise scheduled in 2024. $ 15000 ! YUP $15000! instead of $800 deposit which was my intent. I corrected my stupidity by calling Princess and got help from a great customer service rep.....but it took awhile.... No one has ever accused me of being a " bill gates " kind of guy...but I could NOT find the process on the princess website to get to the " live chat " page.... I got lost at the " contact us page " but alas...could not get to "live chat" ...please understand I am 70 years old and not the sharpest knife in the drawer!...can you walk me through the pages to get to " live chat" during their business hours?....thanks in advance!

My skill level in in stock purchases is less than stellar..... my wife has remarked more than once that..."if you were to invest in a turkey farm , the government would outlaw thanksgiving! " BUT .....I just bought 100 shares, as we have 3 cruises in the next 12 months.

Ken, your photos and commentary continue to be incredible....and as others have mentioned... you make us feel like we are there with you! I know your cruise is not over yet, but can you give me a heads up on your next cruise and "live from"? we want to follow that too.... Also your comments about hanging out by yourselves, and sitting to avoid crowds currently... makes a lot of sense in these covid days! After 35 plus cruises over the years, and working in careers that involved maximum human contact , we always cherished time by ourselves....we still do... that probably offended some of the folks with the "Hi! what's your name? and where are you from folks?" I apologize in advance..... have a safe journey back to the great stay of Alabama!

Ken ....absolutely incredible photos! thanks! and a quick question...I ask as as I am making final payment this week for the regal princess transatlantic cruise back to port everglades from Rome in November...we are in a Club Class mini suite... are you still happy that you did the club class package? we did a CC in the Caribbean some months ago and really enjoyed it....the dining room perc was what won me over!....it appears you guys are enjoying CC too! any regrets ? again, in advance, !!thanks for your thoughts!

Yesterday I saw some information that "Jersey 42" posted about the TIS. I sent them an email and received an immediate and very informative response from Steve himself. Jersey 42 ...although I am frequently reading cruise critic, I wasn't aware of this trip insurance forum until I found it today.... in planning for several cruises and trips to Europe.I found all your posts, suggestions and experiences VERY helpful. thank you VERY much! I am next going to the trip insurance store to purchase the globule trekker policy for my wife and I ...also will be seeking their advice on non medical trip insurance plans. for the next 12 months. thanks again and be well!

Ken, words can not describe how much I am enjoying your photos, advice, on -ship experiences and incredible responses to each poster on this thread! A perfect example of fine southern hospitality and class.... as hard as this may be for you to believe.... and... as a die hard long time Florida gator, I found myself on eBay today looking for an Auburn Tigers t shirt ( used of course) in your honor ! we have been cruising for 30 years (mostly with princess) and I cannot recall a trip report I have enjoyed following more....and DAILY! all the best, and stay safe ,terry

Ken, we are following VERY closely ...even though you are from Bama, I hope to learn a lot from your report ,as we are on the regal transatlantic back to Florida in November. we tried a club class mini suite a few months back. ( it was my wife's idea ...I said NO way, not worth the money!.)... being a firm believer in "happy wife, happy life " , I gave in.... we both loved it and are doing it on the Regal! Good luck at Hartsfield and have a safe flight! GO GATORS!
