  1. The phone is designed to hotspot a cellular connection not a wifi one. It doesn't work. I tried it on board just to see and it doesn't work. A travel router does. I currently have 5 devices connected and they all work seemlessly
  2. Looking at the webcams of the port & ferry terminals, everything looks ok & no damage is evident.
  3. We are currently aboard Adventure of the Seas. We are on our way to Portland tomorrow having spent Friday night anchored just out from Long Beach. We were due to be in Bar Harbor today (now) but the seas were too rough to allow safe access via tender. I just asked at the guest services desk if we would be docking at Halifax on Wednesday and they said there has been no announcement from the captain that we would not be. A poster on another thread said that the Port of Halifax was closed until Thursday. Anyone know for sure?
  4. Yes you can. Set it as a hotspot, connect your computer to it then sign in to your ship account.
  5. It is not a matter of using multiple devices, it is for security as the router has a built in firewall. I will be using it for all my traveling particularly in hotels, some of which may not have decent wifi but a lan connection
  6. I just received my TP link n300 yesterday. Have looked over the instructions etc. Are there LAN connections in RCCL cabins or can I only connect through wifi
