Hello, Currently on Anthem - have been for two weeks. I think they have hundreds of tins of powdered instant mashed potato mix left over from the pandemic. Nearly every dish comes with some sort of mash - creamed; garlic & savoury. Not one instance of either roasted or sauteed potatoes. Also 'sauteed' vegetables were either boiled or steamed and had never been near a saute pan. Last night's 'mixed" vegetables were the peas and small carrot cubes found in supermarket tins. Close inspection of the 'croissants' show them to be plain white bread rolls in the shape of a croissant. Regards, Cublet.

Hello, Currently on Anthem. The posted hours for the DL coffee machine are 0700 - 2000 (if working!) For some reason beside the machine are a coffee urn labelled 'Regular' and a milk jug labelled 'Half and Half'. These are there only during the breakfast service. Regards, Cublet

Hello, Pre pandemic it was available 24*7. Post, or during, pandemic nothing was available 'self serve' - a member of the crew served you and the hours variously quoted were the hours they were in attendance. Hello, I thought once you booked, the exchange rate for all your transactions apart from end-of-cruise on-board account payment was fixed at the booking rate. Even this side of the pond OBCs are in $ to start with but when it comes to the cruise planner it states (in UK's case) a GB£ OBC and purchasable items in GB£ too. I think what has happened is a $ amount has been translated into £ and back to $ for the app. My small OBC for May and humongous OBC on Celebrity for June have been showing the same amounts for about a month. Hello, I think we must travel in different circles, or read different articles. Every hotel room, and indeed every ships' cabin I have used, the kettle has always been empty on arrival.
