Not easy if you are elderly and arrived by train. Your suggestion is get a taxi to terminal drop luggage off then get another taxi to town centre, not everyone can walk if disabled or in wheelchair, then get a return taxi after wandering aimlessly round a town centre for hours. Happy cruising.

Don't think there is ever the chance of everyone turning up at once with coaches being told what time to arrive and not everyone wants to arrive early. But sorry making people queue outside in all weathers especially the elderly is not very good induction to what P&O likes to make out as a luxury holiday. With regards to your comment about airports have never arrived at an airport terminal and to be told you cannot come in you have to form a queue outside.

So that basically tells you that Ocean Terminal is not big enough for the shops that she serves.

Not a lover of caviar but wife ordered it 2-3 times in QG in November on QV as a starter.

Not if you have a share certificate which is only issued on purchase and never need to renew. Had my shares for over 12 yrs and applied for obc many times and never had to prove anything dated within last 3 months. Shares are through Equiniti and all I have ever done is e mailed details of cruise and personal details and never been refused.

They also accepted an uploaded copy of my share certificate dated 2011 and before I could apply for my Shareholder OBC my TA had done it automatically direct with P&O.

I downloaded Stocksperk app and applied by sending them copy of share certificate and was all accepted. Waiting a few days to apply for my cruise on Arvia in April when today received an e mail from my TA who had automatically applied to P&O for my Shareholder OBC. Enclosed was a new invoice with benefit OBC added so was a result without having to apply to Stocksperk.

For those that have had their Arcadia British Isles cruise cancelled just received e mail from Princess with some fantastic prices for summer this year on British Isles cruise.

I should imagine it has been cancelled because of poor bookings.

When we had problems with noise, vibration and intermittent issues with our toilet and reported to reception was told initially there were no other staterooms were available. Day or so later was told there was an inside cabin we could use to sleep in and keep our Q5 suite for day use. When told I wasn't happy with that half way through cruise received phone call from Reception Manager and was told we were going to be moved to a Q2 suite. Don't know why that suite became available halfway through cruise but we did move and had a great time for rest of cruise.

There were occasional sewage smells around the ship on our cruise. The most noticeable was when entering the theatre and was there every evening prior to late show.

We had repeated flushing problems at the aft of the ship and after repeated call outs, one as late as 1130pm. We were told by one technician that the problem was affecting over 30 cabins.

There has been a problem with toilet blockages and sewage smells on QV since we were on in November/December last year. Initially blamed toilet blockages on somebody putting something down the toilet that they shouldn't. This obviously was not the case as number of cabins around the ship having toilet issues and also smells around the ship oin many public areas. Eventually due to moreso toilet issues and noisy cabin we were eventually moved.

I have found any issues I have had is much better sorted by private message to P&O on their Facebook page rather than long repetitive calls or e mails.

Downloaded Stocksperk app the other day filled on details saying I hold Shareholder Certificate. Uploaded a copy of my share certificate and applied. Have now received confirmation that my application has been successful. Very simple process.

We return to Southampton on Arvia on the 28th, if as rumoured, QA arrives into Southampton on that day depending on time of arrival might be worth hanging around to view the spectacle.

On top of the dinner menus for PG/QG are the a la carte menus which are slightly more substantial in QG than PG.

What happens if you do not have a broker account and have a paper share certificate with your shares held through Equiniti.

They don't allow they clearly state that you allowed to take 1 litre aboard if you take more they are not allowing it you are smuggling it onboard. If you then take drinks from your cabin and then take them to board then it says more about you.
