    We were on Odyssey in January and one of the elevator panels was smashed. I wonder if it was ever replaced? I don't know how something like that would happen accidentally.

    I've gotten my $50 OBC but the purchase still remains. It does give me the option to cancel the Premier Pass but I don't want to lose the OBC. I can I can be patient and just wait for them to cancel it themselves.

    LOL I just got notice that I received the $50 OBC but they haven't refunded the cost of the Premier Pass yet. . .but that's progress!

    Mine was taken from OBC - did you use a credit card? I wonder if they're issuing refunds to the credit cards before the OBC.

    LOL - (s)he has130 comments but has just been a member for 17 days? Is there a name change in place here? They talk about all the mistakes RC has made since 2020 but they're a newbie?

    I haven't gotten my refund yet but I don't cruise until May. If nothing else, I have the email that says I'm supposed to get it so I'll deal with it in May if it hasn't hit my account yet.

    I like that idea - I might think I am going to have room for dessert when I order, but there have been times I left it behind. . .

    They're going to hell in a handbasket! I can't get five entrees served to me at the same time! My room will only be made up once a day and I'm a slob! They offered me $50 OBC for this error, gave me $100 by mistake and had the nerve to take it away! What next!

    The drink package debacle would have cost them a lot more than this mistake - but then Covid came along and they didn't have to honor a lot of those purchases. It's interesting how things work out.

    Sorry, I don't understand - what was the vastly different financial environment back then? Not that I'm saying you're right or wrong, I'm just not sure what that means.

    Just looking for some good will - they did it with the $18 drink package. Honestly, I could care less one way or another - I was just getting caught up in all the hype 😆. It was an honest mistake. Can they afford it? Yes, they can. Do they need to honor it? No they don't. Will I never cruise RC again? Of course I will :-).

    I would be good with them just giving us shipboard credit for the amount of the package 🙂 - credit us and give us an additional $88.99 shipboard credit.

    They took it from my onboard credit - we'll see how long it takes before I am personally advised of the error and my account refunded. Que sera sera.
