People are making wild claims and total exaggerations disguised as fact. Lots of trolls out there right now.

All of my cruises were booked in 2023 and no one that I am aware of has been grandfathered in that booked prior to December 14th. If you want the new Plus 60 you will have to pay the difference.

If you go into booked guests select your cruise and scroll down to Add packages the Plus fare will show all the perks and it will say Purchased. There is no option to upgrade to it because you already have it. I have 5 cruises booked with PP and I don’t expect the summaries to change immediately.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza but now stay at the Westin in Long Beach. Really nice hotel, with an excellent restaurant and bar in the lobby and a little coffee place to grab something quick in the morning. Rate is excellent for our cruise in December.

I booked mine directly with the casino department or more recently online and always have my confirmation immediately. Did you choose your own cabin or a guarantee. I'd call them and ask for the booking summary at least as it should show what you paid..

Baby steps lol. I can imagine how many people are affected so IMO they will update by ship/date. I believe the Sapphire is first August 2nd. But I guess we'll soon see.

Not the summaries yet but I didn't expect them to be updated this early. I'm still 36 days out so lots of time.

Well I do drink and enjoy my Specialty coffees, bottled water, wine with dinner and a few other cocktails through out the day. As for the desserts I had 2 on a 30 day cruise and enjoyed them both.

I have 5 cruises booked all with PP. Early yesterday I went into all of my bookings and only one had been updated. Waited a few hours and all showed the new PP perks. My next cruise is in September and the Crown update is mid August I believe. I don't expect my Summary to update before then but it may as early as August 2nd. I booked in 2023 so am not worried about it and since mine all say Purchased @ $60 and there is no option to Upgrade I don't anticipate any problems. Log into the website go to Booked Cruises, select your cruise then scroll down to Upgrade Packages it should show you a list of perks for each package. At the bottom of Plus or Premium it will say Purchased that is the one you have.

Probably updating upgrades etc on upcoming cruises.

I have a Canada/US plan but had trouble in San Diego one cruise trying to order an Uber. Finally shut off my phone and had no problem once it restarted. If you travel to the US frequently you may want to check with your provider as plans now can be as little as $50 per month with tons of data.

The Discovery buffet is quite large with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. If you haven't been on this ship before kind of in the center where the desserts are there is a place to order specialty coffees and the juice bar is also located there. Its also where they hide the cookies lol. 15 day Hawaii for us in December looking forward to it. Enjoy!!!

They no longer provide trays in the buffet. But you can certainly ask for assistance and they are very accommodating.

Passengers can upgrade to Premium if they wish on embarkation day, I have always been happy with Princess Plus but have a 5 night cruise booked and am considering paying the difference. Which in some small way might explain the discrepancy in reserved seats. Anyone that bullies the crew over this should be disembarked at the next port.

The screen shot shows you should have the Princess Plus package. Sorry I can’t be of more help, try posting in the casino forum lots of responses usually to land based casino offers.

When is your cruise? If it’s after August 1st and you opted to pick up your Medallion at the port you will revert to blue, or if you’re outside the US same thing. Only takes a few minutes normally so really not a problem.

I book offers through the Princess Players club and there is a similar screen for what is included in my bookings. Before I book online I select the cruise and the cabin I want and at the payment screen I have the option to put it on hold. I then get a booking number and can see all the details of my booking including my Free Play and Princess Plus. The booking drops off at midnight so if there are issues I know immediately. If correct I have the option to go to the payment screen and complete the booking. YMMV but this method works for me.

Read on another site that it was passengers who had the Plus package who were causing most of the drama. Very easy to find out what the packages include it’s in the Personalizer and also the app under Packages. Staff know as soon as they scan their medallion which package they have but unfortunately some passengers don’t read and don’t listen.

Not optimistic for September but maybe by late October it will be available, just have to wait and see I guess. Glad I’m not cruising the beginning of August though.

No changes come into effect August 1st no definitive word yet (at least that I have seen) as to when we will be able to order them.

I am cruising out of Vancouver in September and if its possible to have my medallion shipped to me after last year's boarding fiasco I'm all over it. The way I read it is if you are green and already have your medallion you can skip check in altogether and go straight onboard. Someone on another site was claiming it was going to cost $150 to have it shipped to Canada lol if you don't have Plus or Premium.

You won’t have any issues getting this fixed onboard they deal with this every cruise.

Awesome! But I admit I drop by the Crown Grill or Sabatini's a day or two before and confirm they have the correct day and time especially if its a special occasion. They no longer send the little cards with the details of the reservation so I like to make sure there are no issues. Enjoy!!!
