For Port Canaveral, we usually use the Radisson to stay one pre-night, park our vehicle there, and use their hotel shuttle to the port, just a few minutes away. Very easy!

You will need passport, proof of vaccination, credit card info, and check-in info for your sea pass filled out on-line before you get to terminal (takes a bit longer if you don't do that beforehand). You are allowed 2 bottles (750ml) of wine per room to enjoy in your room. We don't stay up past midnight to sign in early; I just book my time whenever I get up that morning and usually get a morning time slot but it's up to you. Yes, I use my PC as well! Happy cruising!! Talk about glitches .... I just signed in to My Cruise accounts (10 cruises booked) and all of them say that I have no balance due! What? Sure wish that were true but I assume it will get corrected at some point. Just hope they don't cancel them!😲

We also like the Refreshment Package and usually purchase it when the price drops to 30% off, or purchase it at 20% off and when/if the price drops, you can cancel and repurchase it; easy peasy! You have to ask for the souvenir insulated cups after you board the ship; just ask any bar or guest services to get them! 7. Coco Cay. What's the best free stuff you've done? We considered the Thrill Park, but eh. Idk if it would be worth it for mom. We had a cabana at the water park and I did not enjoy it at all. I was only able to wade in up to my waist before feeling like the waves were going to knock me down! However, I am 70 and have balance issues, so retreated back to the cabana for the day. Hubby climbed the ladders to go down each of the slides but there was no way I could climb up those. I would rather rent a cabana at the Coco Beach Club or grab a free chair somewhere! We did a B2B from terminal #5 last fall and, as Luke104 said, the 2nd week was a freebie!! Really hope that continues since, in October, we'll be doing a B3B!! Cheers!!

I agree! If they specifically ask you to score them a 10, then, yes, that will be a negative impact for that crew member. However, if they are just asking you to fill out the survey and stating that a score of 10 would be perfect, that's ok, as long as they are not specifically asking you to score them a 10. It's all in the wording, and can sound confusing to some guests.

Not sure about other's experiences but ours is that the cruise staff always mentions the importance of taking the time to complete the surveys and that 10 is a perfect score; however, they do not ask us to score them a 10, just that it's the perfect score. They also ask if there is anything at all they can do to improve our experience. If cruisers do not feel they can score staffers a "10", they should let them know (not rudely of course) what needs to be improved upon. If they don't know it's broke, they can't fix it! As far as B2B's, we enjoy them usually for the different itineraries but sometimes just like staying on board our favorite ships longer than the typical 7 nights. I just wish all of the ships would allow the B2B'ers to stay on board (I know it's probably a mariner law to get off and back on). The hardest part for me is the trek down and back up that d*** ramp!🥴 I usually have to wave others to go around me while I huff and puff up the ramp. Cheers!
