  1. We're planning a Princess cruise in March round trip Civitavecchia. This is our first time on a Princess cruise in Europe, so I'm not familiar of their embarkation process. Husband and I plan on doing the walk off (do they have self walk-off?) as soon as possible. We're looking at a 12:50 pm return flight (AA Airline) out of FCO. If we hire the RomeCab as soon as we walk off, do we have enough time to catch our plane? Will we get there at least 3.5 hours before departure? I heard FCO departure for American airlines could be chaotic, plus heavy traffic, and also long lines? If we stay overnight and catch the next day's flight, we'll have to pay $500 more plus an extra night of hotel. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
  2. Yes, also considering between the Express or the Limo. Hoping someone can share experience. Thanks.
  3. I'm considering the same option too. Can you share what transfer do you use from airport to hotel, and then hotel to pier, then pier back to airport? Thanks!
  4. Does the airport Marriot provides shuttle to the NCL terminal? I thought it's pretty far away. Is there a fee? Thanks
  5. Will be on the Prima in March. Wants to take the Free 2nd person Air. Its really economical, plus the deal includes round trip transfer. Flying from Seattle to Galveston cruise the day of! If I do the air deviation arriving a day earlier, the cost of hotel and transfers are quite steep, out of the budget. Just want to hear from folks what's your experience with their air arrangement itinerary? Is it fairly reliable? Thanks so much!
  6. New with NCL. Can I reserve for specialty dining if I have the Free At Sea offer, or do I need to wait until I get on the ship? Also, if I can pre-reserve, can I do it on the NCK app ahead of boarding? Thanks!
  7. I'm on the Ovation Sep 8. Noticed on the app and also web site cruise planner that we now have 3 sea days. The Endicott Arm Glacier and Juneau port both disappeared. Although Juneau excursions appear to be available (visually) on the cruise planner, but the "reserve" button is muted and not available to book. From another post, appears that both the Quantum and Ovation Alaska cruises are having this same issue. Anyone has any thoughts? Hoping this is just an IT glitch. The glacier and Juneau are the highlights of an Alaska cruise. RCL needs to do better if this is another IT mishap.
  8. @Lovelife, thanks so much! Go it. Don't realize there's a whole new world of calendars out there 🙂
  9. The app will only show the schedules for my sailing which is 15 days from now. can't see the cruise planner for any other sailings
  10. Just saw the entire Daily Planner shows and activities loaded to the mobile phone RCL cruise app. 15 days to go until cruise time 🙂 While this is fantastic, I noticed that there are no headliner shows nor welcome aboard show loaded. No activities in the Royal Theatre except for the scheduled Grease, Columbus shows. Does any one who's on the earlier HOS cruise saw any of the headliner shows? I'm hoping that these shows will get loaded at a later time, and it's not due to cutback. Hoping someone can confirm that there are headliner shows onboard lately! Thanks.
  11. Is the tenderloin for two served table side? Or how is that different from the single portion? Thanks.
  12. Can I order 2 main dishes at the same time?
  13. Got the RCL refund email 2 days ago, and I've just received notification from my credit card that the $88.99 has been refunded.
  14. I believe this is only if your OBC is refundable, like the type of OBC that travel agency typically gives out. However, the type of OBC that RCL is giving us is non-refundable, I don't think one can cash it out from GS.
  15. @Host CJSKIDS thanks for the great info. I will also stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites mid April pre-cruise. Would love suggestions to something reasonable (not expensive), but just a comfortable clean restaurant for dinner for 2. Thanks in advance! 🙂
  16. Ha ha.... I like this analogy. It's like someone go buy a lotto ticket for $1, hoping that it will return multimillion. If you win, awesome. But if you don't win, you will get your $1 back + $0.60. Wow, is that a deal or not!! 🙂
  17. You only need to book under 1 person. It's a package that covers 2 people.
  18. Please let us all know how this goes 🙂
  19. From the Royal Caribbean Blog page, under comments, there are people who actually called RCL. According to the comments, the rep confirmed that this is legit. The person has actually made 2 reservations, one for each guest. Th rep says not necessary as each package covers 2 guests. So the rep offered to cancelled one of the reservation.
