  1. Only if you completely cancel and that is only if the cruise was booked after June 1, 2022. It is still only a $100pp fee to change ship or sail date and if it was booked prior to June 1, 2022 you can cancel and get a FCC for the deposit less a $100pp fee
  2. Oasis and Allure do have regular balcony cabins that sleep 5 but can be booked with 4. They have a pullman and a sofabed which would be ideal in your situation. Harmony, Symphony and Wonder do not have this configuration.
  3. Did you book on line. If so you most likely booked an XN balcony gty which is a neighbourhood balcony as opposed to oceanview. XB are oceanview balcony gtys
  4. Serenade's final segment leaving Amsterdam Aug 19 can be booked by anyone.
  5. They knew Utopia was available to fill the spot when they released all the itineraries last November. They would not have deployed the other ships just to move then 6 months later. Utopia will be in PC.
  6. Yes, they work for appx 14 days from when they are first activated.
  7. That booking number is not required for the discount. It is only required if you are going to use their number so they get $100 OBC. Not surprising that they are not fully aware
  8. How did you try to link her. The only way to get her to Diamond is to call C&A and have them do it. It should be immediate.
  9. You can't use 172/174 as 174 is an accessible room. You can only use standard rooms
  10. No advantage other than not having a cc bill to pay t the end of the cruise
  11. Pretty much set in stone. Itineraries are released through April of 2025 and thr chance of them changing are slim to none.
  12. Shouldn't be long now until the short itineraries are released after MB let it slip on todays Coffee Talk
  13. They even went as far as to edit that part out when you listen to the taped event. Pretty much confirms Utopia to Port Canaveral taking over the short itineraries from Allure
  14. Yep, full balcony discount and less the taxes for guest 2.
  15. That was great the year they brought her in. Super low prices.
  16. Royal halted this in December of 2021. Not sure if they have resumed this or not.
  17. Yes, you most certainly can divide the TC amongst the group if you are booking as an agent. Not sure how the system works if you are calling groups as an individual and whether you get the same access to the discounted rates and all of the perks.
  18. There was a lot of reductions in the first 9 months after start up b ut that was an exception and as you stated there are rarely times that Royals price drops below the group rates.
  19. If you have a group suites can be moved into the group and they count towards the average fare for the TC credit and cabin count. There is no premier liquor package. They all include the same...drinks to $150 and you pay the difference for anything above that. In reality there are very few drinks above that price. OS do not get alcohol included...only star class which is Star loft suite and above. Lots of TA's out there that will kick back all of the TC credit as well as a bunch of extras and do all the work for you.
  20. They do occasionally close off the helipad due to weather so you do cross over at the forward elevator banks in that case.
  21. Separate databases and systems that are operating live. The C&A database is not live with the booking engine and only updates nightly. In the C&A database they have both points and level while in the booking engine they only have level so since you can be D+ with less than 340 points they can't automatically give the discount to all like they do the PINS. Making do with legacy systems and spending money on ships instead of the back of house.
  22. You have to be careful with cruisemapper. For one this is an old deck plan, 5D, 6D and many other categories they have listed havent existed for years. The other thing is that they tend to copy deck plans form the first ship in the class and miss some subtle changes to deck plans. Also, Royal no longer publishes whether the rooms has pullmans or sofabeds, only occupancy so there is no way for cruisemapper to be accurate on that.
