Casino rate combinable with some other promotions

I just booked a cruise using a casino rate (10% off only) and I had my option of EITHER combining it with Ready Set Sail promotion or a Private Sale offer I received. But not both (DARN!).

 

Just FYI

I was told by my PCC that the casino rate was combinable with all promotions. It is just a rate that is off the top. Are you working with a TA? She might night know this. I have been able to combine it with everything out there

My PCC was aware of this. I was just sharing with the board as this issue has come up several times before.

I was able to use my casino discount with both the Prinsendam early booking and Explore4.

 

But, if you got a private sale offer as well that is probably two different promos. (Ready Set Sail & private offer). So, you can combine it with one of the 2 promos? Kind of makes sense as most promos say cannot be combined with another promo.

We absolutely have booked with our casino rate and picked up the promos as well. You have been misinformed and you really should push to get what you're entitled to.

I was told that the issue was not the casino rate, but rather trying to get all three = Private Sale, Ready Set Sail and then the Casino rate. I could get casino rate with either of the otheres, but not both of the others.

For my upcoming cruise, I was asked to contact oceanplayerclub and they are giving me casino cash.

 

I'm not sure if this is the same thing you are talking about though. But, if it is, I was able to get the promos, my casino discount and I go to the casino cage to get my casino cash.

This is operated by Carnival Corp. They offer casino cash and reduced price cruises for gamblers. If you are a frequent casino visitor you can go to their website (just Google it) and ask if you qualify for any cash on your upcoming cruise.
