How responsive is Best Tours normally? I sent them a query about a tour and haven’t heard back yet . With all the rave reviews I was hoping they’d respond quickly. Should I try again? I guess it’s not US customer service....

How responsive is Best Tours normally? I sent them a query about a tour and haven’t heard back yet . With all the rave reviews I was hoping they’d respond quickly. Should I try again? I guess it’s not US customer service....

I usually hear back from them by the next business day. I would try again but since it’s Friday I wouldn’t expect to hear from them until Monday.

never heard of best tours

I have contacted several SPB private tour companies and response is usually very quick back

My best and quickest response was from TJ Travel...I booked with them and couldn't have been happier.

If you mean Best Guides, hang in there. Usually a day, two maybe. We used them last August and were very happy.

You also need to take into consideration time difference between here and there, as well as holidays and religious days that might have closed for business times.

I went with TJ...in my case I preferred their communication style, but I know people love both companies
