Where to get a drink on Independence OTS

My adult daughter has challenged me to "drink around the ship" with her on our upcoming cruise. I am trying to determine how many places on board there really are that serve drinks. Not including the Diamond or Suite lounges, I have come up with this list:

You can get pretty much anything from any bar....no worries! If that's not all of the bars, if you drink at all the one's listed, you will never miss the others!

There is a bar inside the Windjammer, not sure what the name of it was though but we had bloody marys there with breakfast one morning.

Vintages on independence serves most mixed drinks, beer and wine. The only thing they don't do are frozen drinks as they don't have a blender.

You mean I could have had a last drink with my 3am pizza !!! :p

And I presume deck 12 bar is the one near the wave rider? I would consider it the upper pool bar, but it is labeled as "Bar" in the deck plans. The only bar like space I can see near the wave rider is the teen disco.

there was also a Pop up gin bar on the Promenade deck opposite the D&B, Fab drinks :)
