Booking Specialty Restaurant on website

If I book a specialty restaurant on line, do they charge my credit card right then or do they add the charge to my sea pass when I'm on board? I have OBC that I'd like to use for the Celebration Deal that has to be booked before the cruise.

Anything you book on Royal's website before the cruise is charged to your credit card immediately. If you want to use OBC, you must wait until you are on board.

I got a certificate for one night at a speciality restuarant from my travel agent -It cannot be made over the computer--when I board the oasis can someone tell me where I go to make reservations-do I have to go to each restaurant or is there a central place that can help me?
