Infinity Luminae question

This is my first Celebrity cruise. Infinity 5 night stopping at Cozumel and Key West.

Do I have this right--Luminae will be open:

Day 1--embarkation day

Day 2--sea day

Day 3--closed (Cozumel)

Day 4--sea day

Day 5--closed (Key West)

I don't quite understand why it isn't open on port days since RCL's suite restaurants are. Yes I know this isn't RCL.

Does Blu follow the same practice?

Blu is not open for lunch.

Luminae is open every day for breakfast and dinner but only on embarkation and sea days for lunch.

When Luminae was first conceived, and in fact when it opened, Lunch was included everyday. Then it wasn't.

It was also to have fresh locally sourced menu items, but that really hasn't worked out.

Don't get me wrong, it is a wonderful place to eat with very good menus and execution.
