Advice on 2 week cruise and teenagers

What is your definition of "enough"?

Regardless, there will be very few kids onboard a cruise of that length.

You'd have much more luck if you did two 7-day b2bs rather than a full 2 week. There will be tons of kids due to spring breaks.

Maybe home schooled kids or younger than 5 years. Are there are school districts that take off more than one week for spring break?

On the other hand, any two week cruises between June and late August or during the last few weeks of December should have a good number of kids.

We were on Eclipse for their 14 night cruise during spring break, and there were very few kids on board, and the ones that were there were 6 and younger. Most parents don't take their kids out of school for a two week cruise. Now, if you did a 7 day cruise during the same time, there would be a lot of kids. But a two week cruise, they could be the only ones in their age group.

We took a 10day Princess cruise in March. There were 12 kids under 12 and only saw 3 teenagers.

We took our DD out of school for a trip to Italy her Junior year of high school. We copied the assigned pages of her books instead of bringing all her books with us.

Anytime we have been on 10-14 day cruises, there have been very few kids on board, especially teens. We don't normally cruise during Spring Break, though. Most children were 5 and under; there are usually a few teens, but not many. Usually there are less than 20 kids on board total on longer cruises.

It kind of depends on your teens and what they like to do. Also on how many ports there are and how much they like touring.
