What is the procedure to set up a formal roll call on Princess? Thanks for your help.

Go to the roll call board, find your cruise, and join in. If your cruise isn't listed, create one.

If you are talking about the interfacing with Princess to set it up:

There is a list on these boards with the name, phone number and email for the Princess people who handle a M&G for the different ships. Some one on the Roll Call offers to handle it. The contact the appropriate person. I would include the ship, sailing date, suggested date and time, and estimated number of people.

If you really mean "There is no Roll Call for my cruise how do I start one?.

Start a NEW THREAD, with three things in the title; The name of the ship, the place and date of departure. Then introduce yourself in the body.

Wait 2-3 days for the Mods to pick it up and they will see that it appears in the "Find your Roll Call" area of CC.

To add roll calls and Meet & Greets are organized by the roll call passengers. Princess contact just helps with the ship's venue.

Also, on Meet & Greets, participation of ship’s officers in a program, if any, are only upon invitation by its organizers on Roll Call since it is not ship-sponsored.
