We live in the UK and heard so many rave revues about Kim we booked our forthcoming Panama Canal cruise on the Island Princess with her. She has been outstanding, without doubt best price, answers e-mails immediately whenever I have had a query, just first rate. Go for it!! I would suggest you phone her first and then do the follow ups by e-mail.

Zurmolly, she does monitor prices for you, but it helps her out if you keep track occasionally too.

Hmmm, you're right...I don't think the Princess site let's you price things out like the RCI site does. You can always keep track at Travelocity. Perhaps someone else has other advice.

When we booked back in November she had the best price, found a decrease for us in December that I had not noticed, answers questions quickly, and the tickets came 4+ weeks before our cruise. Highest recommendation. Now we just have to wait until we sail in May.

We are on our third booking with Kim - we have always found her to have the best prices, for Princess.

We are monitoring on Icruise...when we just saw it drop for our 8/15 cruise, we contacted Kim, and she immedately rebooked - saved us $800! Pays to keep on top of it.

Kim gives the best prices and she's is a detail person which we appreciate. When you leave a message or e-mail, she'll get back with you promptly. She's the best!

Using Kim for the 3rd time now. She is great and always keeps an eye out for things for you. I always like having a conversation with her as she is so friendly.

If you've filled out a form online for a quote and haven't heard back in a reasonable amount of time, try following it up with a phone call. Every once in a while her quotes go out into oblivion (probably website hosting problems).

Kim is great!! We booked our second cruise with her, and believe she's the best.

Not only she offers great pricing, but it seems that she's available seven days a week to reply promptly to e-mail or answer calls.

She is a very nice individual!

She is the greatest. We recently booked our third cruise with her for the CP. I suggest you call her first. If she is on the other line leave a message; she'll get right back to you. I like having a TA to talk to. The price she quotes you includes all port taxes. Also ask her about cruise insurance. Much cheaper than through the cruise line.

Thanks you guys..We have booked and it is Feb 19th, not the 20th..She sounds like a great person.

We booked through our local TA--surprisingly she had better prices that any of the on-line sites. Then I heard about Kim through CC boards so I sent her an email requesting a quote. She came back $100 cheaper than our TA and also added $100 shipboard credit. Next cruise will definitely be booked through her.

We have booked 5 cruises with Kim and also have to agree that she has the best prices out there and usuall with ship board credit. She is very personable and deffinately knows her job. Go for it.

I second the praise for dealing with Kim. We have booked many times with her for ourselves and have recommended her to friends and all were pleased. There aren't many out there who are this easy to reach, as friendly or professional. One thing for sure, she loves to cruise and enjoys helping us get to sea.

We have used Kim for 6 cruises. She is the best. Period.

Must also agree, Kim is top's in our book. Price, service she's great.

We had used a local agent before discovering Kim. Like most we were reluctant to use someone on-line. but now will book with no one else.

She can be reached by phone and returns calls promptly.

I have to disagree with everyone here. When I saw her name posted here, I immediately tried to contact her with no luck. First with her web quote then by phone and never heard back from her. Then finally by e-mail, even that took 3 days for her to e-mail back. Tried this same procedure one month later with the same results.
