No because the certificates are charged directly to your credit card and not your Sign and Sail card.

thanks ... I reformatted and lost my list. Dream was the only one that failed to open when it was supposed to that I know of. The list is in addition to the 5 ships that already had a FCC desk.

I probably cant remember them Conquest class plus Splendor, lets see, Valor, Freedom ..two more conquest class (not glory) ..my mind is blank.

We bought two future cruise certificates one in our name and one in our son's name (who was also cruising with us in a different cabin). They told us at the desk that the $100 was refundable if not used. If my son doesn't use is, could we use it instead of getting a refund? We paid for both certificates with our credit card. Also, I wonder if doing a back-to-back cruise could you use two certificates?

I would say no, since the terms on the back say they are nontransferable.

 

Just get a refund and buy a new one on your next cruise in your own name, (or a couple).

 

if you are doing a B2B and have two certificates, sure you can use two FCCs. They are considered separate cruises.

I think they have started.. I bought mine on the Valor last week. there were also a OBC associated with it. There were two options available.

 

#1. is for some one who actually books a cruise, the person can lock in other friends and companions that want to go with you which will also let them get the same OBC and deals as you.

 

#2. which I think most people Opt for,as well as I. is for $100 dollars you get an OBC and five years to book a cruise with that certificates and discounts offers can be used along with the certificate.

 

It was unique and both me and my DW bought one each.

I have purchase 3 FCC and used 1. After you purchase a FCC call the carnival number on the Back of the FCC and tell them how you would like to use the FCC. They will tell you if you can use the FCC. I deal directly with Carnival FCC section so I can get the correct answer. There is alot of incorrect information floating around. I have used mine with no problem and plan to use 2 more on a Dec 11 2010 Dream cruise.
