Do no recent Valor reviews mean good news or bad?

Sure would like to read some recent Valor reviews/comments

Have you looked at the member reviews? There are many there...I know because I wrote one back in 2006 and there have been many since then...

There are loads of Valor reviews on the Cruise Critics member review section, many of them recent. Also, if you type" valor review " in the search area of the message boards, you will find many more longer and detailed ones and some with photos. These are separate from the member reviews, but are part of the message board reviews, and are usually quite detailed.

 

I dont have a recent review up on the Valor, but had a wonderful 7 day western cruise on her in April 2007. Great ship, crew, itinerary. I would sail on the Valor again in a heartbeat!:)

I noticed the same thing. THere is only one for July and nothing since. That seems odd when you think of hte thousands of people who cruise on her every week.

I think though it goes in cycles, though I dont know why. When I first booked my upcoming Freedom cruise, I was looking and searching for Freedom reviews, but there was nothing recent. Then all of a sudden, there were so many, I could hardly keep up. So, I hope the same happens for you.:)

I did not write one after my cruise last year, but found many when I was planning that trip.

 

Anyways, in the event you don’t find any, here is a quicky:

The Ship: Beautiful, the level of detail on this ship is tastefully done, not over the top.

 

The Food: ‘I’ loved it all, from breakfast to lunch but especially dinner. Yes, I know that I could have had the ‘same’ dinner menu on the lido deck. But I loved dressing up and ‘going out’ to dinner. And the wait staff was excellent.

 

The Staff: My room steward, very efficient, almost invisible, even kept my smuggled beer on ice.

The dining room staff, very good, I never had to wait long to be attended to.

 

The Drinks: My advice is the DOD card, and beer. Why beer, the alcohol content cannot be tampered with. Bought a cocktail and it was watered down IMO
