The thing that kills me about chair hog is that they spend half their time bit****g about how inconsiderate chair hogs are when they can't gind a chair. The other half of the time is spent bit****g because some moved their stuff during their two hour absence. Silly people.

I’m thinking that the ankle bracelet device would signal the chair if away from it for over half an hour. A light would flash on the chair, and the ankle bracelet device would start to beep loudly. The offender would be found, tar’d and feathered and thorn overboard.

Light flashing??? Beeping??? I don't friggin' think so. THINK DOGGIE INVISIBLE FENCE. If the CHOG* deserts the chair for too long, it SHOCKS the CHOG.
