You'll love the Pride. I loved the art and especially the statue of David.

Ditto.

The PRIDE is my favorite Spirit-classed ship (which happens to be my favorite class also). Have cruised on ALL Spirit classed ships. Love 'em all.

Have a great cruise.

Ok sitting on wrap aft deck with ipad2 now... Wifi service is not bad for being in the middle of nowhere. Yes we left Baltimore. We were on the ship before noon. Can't wait to arrive in grand Turk in the morning. I just hit 1500 in casino and had 3 attendants show up at the slot I was playing to ensure I got my free drink on us card. David's last night was awesome just like last year...

We are in 4228. We arrived at 10:45 on the ship around 11:45.

Wonderful choice! We were in 4228 on the Miracle (sister ship) and have 4237 on the opposite corner of the Pride for a sailing in October to Bermuda...can't wait to hear all about the cruise...I still have 144 days until we sail on her...lol

We are in 4228 on the Pride for the 7/31 sailing.

So excited I can hardly stand counting those 81 days until we go!

Will wait with great anticipation for your upcoming posts on both the room and overall trip.

Congrats on the slot win! Please leave a lucky coin under the pillow!

Please let me know how the seas were leaving from Baltimore. It is to my understanding that it is rough until you hit about North Carolina. I know that there has been beautiful weather so far this week and I was hoping that played a major role. I am leaving on the Pride in 2-1/2 weeks and will be traveling with 2 kids. A little considered about them getting seasick. Was your trip not too bad going down so far? Please write a review with this info so I can get a quick glance while I pack. Thank you and have a great time!!!

Couple of tid bits on this room:

  • Across the hall is a laundry room if needed (no noise or traffic issues).
  • Two doors down is an access door to stairs down to deck three. This exterior deck runs nearly all around the ship, is very wide, and hardly anyone uses it.

Also, the large walk in closet is a place to learn a lesson. On the last day when it was time to pack, I told my wife to step back and look at all the clothes she did not need, still hanging there. Lesson learned: for me to keep my mouth shut and just haul the luggage.

Haha...That's funny!

I'm looking forward to a review as well! We're doing this same itinerary in 11 days! So excited!!!!
