And only a month ago Capt. Thore personally said he would be on Freedom. How soon things change. Capt. Claus was moved to Navigator only a week after saying he was returning to RD. I guess the dream I had about Capt. Claus last night, moving immediately from NV to a little ship/ferry, isn't so far fetched. :D We cruisers have weird dreams.

Okay I will answer my own question, I am on board now and it is neither of the guys on the Captains thread, it is in fact Captain Frank Martinsen.

No, it does not affect his present rota.

 

However his rotation would be considerably shorter than the normal 10 weeks, if Captain Thore took over for the repositioning cruise. We will be onboard Jewel tomorrow and will report if there has been a change, but I suspect it will not occur until after the Jewel makes it to Tampa on November 11.
