jveevers Posted April 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2012 Only ever cruised with Celebrity so far. Looking to book a cruise out of Florida, Carribean. Seems like RCL have discontinued Beverage (Alcoholic) Packages from US ports. Apart from Celebrity, is anyone aware of any Lines that offer these from US ports? Thanks all
Rare styles27 Posted April 30, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2012 I'm sailing Holland America from NYC and they offer beverage packages.
Cruisebehindthescenes Posted April 30, 2012 #3 Share Posted April 30, 2012 NCL offers several different wine packages that you can purchase at the beginning of the cruise as well as the standard soda packages, but there is nothing for beer or hard alcohol. Rare LHT28 Posted May 1, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 1, 2012 Oceania has one for wine at lunch & dinner ($30 pp p/d) & one all inclusive package $50 pp pd
Rare electro Posted May 1, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 1, 2012 MSC also has drink packages. They vary by sailing and by where you book. Lois
Krazy Kruizers Posted May 1, 2012 #6 Share Posted May 1, 2012 HAL's beverage packages are not that great. $50.00 Beverage Card cost $50.00 (no deal here) $50.00 Non-Alcoholic Beverage Card cost $50.00 (no deal here) $100.00 Beverage Card cost $95.00 (save only $5) $250 Beverage Card cost $225 (save $25 here) $50.00 Soda Card cost $25.00 The soda card costs $25 but has a face value of $50. Each time you buy a soda with it $2.24 ($1.95 + 15%) is deducted from the value. $50/$2.24 = 22 cans, with $0.72 left over. You can use that $0.72 with $1.52 on your room key card (or another soda card) to get another can. (If you drink a lot of coke -- this is a good deal)
cstreece Posted May 8, 2012 #7 Share Posted May 8, 2012 Does anyone have a description of what Princess offers in the way of drink packages/cards? I saw on one thread that these can be purchased ahead of the cruise for a discount...how would I do that? Just want to be sure I have the right amount budgeted for drinks! :)

cb at sea Posted May 9, 2012 #9 Share Posted May 9, 2012 I don't think RCI has ever had alcoholic beverage packages for the USA......
