Well my roomie and I have different priorities lol. Cafe Dumond for sure. I would like to stop by Margaritaville at least to get my souvenir glass. Acme oyster bar has been mentioned along with several other places that I know nothing about. I've never been to NO so don't know the "good" places.

 

is there another group site? there's no activity here :(

lol I think we will be the party !! we will start with cocktails Friday!! Btw the restaurant at the Hilton had the BEST grilled oysters...yum...

Riverside....it's called Drago's Seafood Restaurant......My neighbor is friends with the owners and she told me to let her know when we are going and she'll hook me up :)

ohhhhhh, lets do a party Saturday night at Drago's after the manager reception at ES. everyone should be in town by then!

it is the Hilton Riverfront, the one right opposite the Harrahs casino...they were YUMMY

 

The Hilton riverside used to have a pretty lounge called the rain forest. Not sure if it is still there, but if I am going to the Hilton, I will check it out. The Riverwalk is also a nice area.

We just signed up for this one with our two college aged kids. Excited to try Carnival for the first time. we are headed out to a 15 day Hawaii cruise first though the day after Thanksgiving. We will miss part of Black Friday which has been a long standing family tradition for Christmas shopping for us for many years, but no need to shop this year...we got the kids a cruise for Christmas :-).

 

I will have to catch up on the roll call postings, but I am looking forward to meeting everyone soon.
