I appreciate the update, but after a month, the website still has multiple problems. That being said, after after filling out the special needs form several times and trying to "send" it, I gave up and sent an email. Just a short time later, I got a very nice email back from Simone assuring me that my husband's needs have been noted, and we can expect what he requires in our cabin upon embarkation. That's great customer service!

Hi Sue, I saw the new excursion format too.

 

I would still like to know if we will be able to ever find specific

cabins again.....that has been out of service for....well, I am going

to guess and say over a year.:rolleyes:...probably longer than that.......
