Yes on our July cruise we were told my the head chef at Chef,s table on the Dream that it would be returning fleet wide because of so many complaints.

Well, glad they listened, do you recall if BBQ ribs were still on formal night? That never made sense all dressed up and a messy meal. Maybe they will listen or have listened on that one too. But nightly shrimp is a greatpositive response so far.

The ribs are still on formal night, or at least they were 3 weeks ago when I was on the Conquest. I was really dumbfounded as to why they would offer such a meal when everyone has their nice duds on. I ended up getting the ribs anyway! They were fall off the bone so I was able to eat them with my fork and it was fine. Now the corn on the cob is a different story. No way to really eat that like a lady!

I agree, only logic I can see is to offer the three most expenisve meal types at one time perhaps? Never made an ounce of sense and the ribs are really good.

Two weeks ago on the Freedom, Shrimp coctail was on the Always side of the menu. They also had a few shrimp dishes during the week. I only remember the sweet & sour shrimp, but there were others. DH got the shrimp dishes and said they were good. They also has Oysters Rockefeller and Escargot.

I too wish brulee was offered regularly- when it is I go just for that item. Shrimp is good start

I thought the ribs at dinner were just ok. The babyback ribs served in the mdr at lunch are much better.
