Good to see Akaroa getting cruise business, as they put on such a warm welcome for visitors.

 

Makes up for lost business on cruise ships, like ours, which miss the port because of weather conditions.

 

On my next land visit to NZ, I'll definitely include Akaroa!

They anchor in a bay and it didn't look a long tender, when we didn't stop there on Celebrity Century.

No, its not a long tender ride, I think its about a 5 - 10 min tender ride.
