We recently (Oct 3) disembarked Rhapsody in Sydney. Ken Jones left Rhapsody that day (replaced by Graham Seymour, I heard) for 2 months leave and was to then take over on Mariner for 'Asian season'.

We don't know for sure, but he's been following a regular pattern of 4 months on the ship followed by a 2 month break. So unless something unexpected happens, he'll likely be back on Enchantment mid-January.

My signautre isnt working properly...everytime I try to add a new cruise on, it tells me the file is wrong...but obviously it has worked in the past.......

 

I am cruising on Nov3 on EOS...if I get a chance to talk to Marc will ask him for sure...

I didn't know that Graham Seymour was back as a CD. He was our favorite CD with Princess, and then with RCCL. Would love to have him again as our CD.

Nice to see that Joff Eaton will have a new ship of his own ... he's earned it. We still remember him well from our Transatlantic cruise on Independence in '09 ... and after at least a dozen more cruises, he remains our favorite.

 

Simona Ferraiuolo (Splendour) is a sleeper. She's very personable, does her job extremely well, speaks five languages fluently (an absolute necessity on European cruises) ... obviously loves her job. She's not all that well-known to most cruisers since she's on a smaller ship sailing "secondary" itineraries (eastern Mediterranean, South America). But if you run into her, you'll know it.

Just off the Enchantment yesterday and Marc announced at the Farewell Show that his contract had been extended by one week. On FB he also commented that he would be back January 19 until mid March when Bing Bong#2 is due. He did not mention his replacement.

Just off the 10/5 sailing of the Allure and we had Jerome Sueur as the CD. It was his first week as a CD and he did a wonderful job. I really enjoyed him and he gave us a bit of his background, before he joined RCI he was a snake charmer, yes it is a true story. I hope to sail with him again, he has a lot of energy.
