Hours on Freedom for D+ concierge lounge

First of all to be correct it is the Diamond Club, which is open to all D / D+ / Pinnacle Crown and Anchor members - not just D+ as you imply with your question. There is also a separate Concierge Lounge available to suite guests as well as D+ / Pinnacle members. Both lounges offer services described as follows:

They are open 24 hours with self serve coffee / latte, etc., service. The Concierge is there from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and again from 5:00 - 8:30 PM. The 5:00 - 8:30 PM timeframe is the open cocktail hour which also has two bartenders on staff at that time as well. Pastries and other similar foods are available in the AM hours as well as hot and cold snacks available during the cocktail hours.

The Diamond Club - which IMO is the nicer of the two - is on deck 14 in the Viking Crown Lounge and the Concierge Lounge is on deck 10 in the rear elevator lobby area.

Unfortunately, those hours are incorrect for the Freedom.

Freedom seems to think that main seating should be at 5:30.

Concierge and Diamond Lounge cocktail hours are 4:30 to 8:00.

Thanks for the correction. Is that true with Freedom for all itineraries? (Will be on her next Oct. - just curious).

Yes, it was that way last Dec/Jan when we did our b2b.

Yes, it is tied to the seating times in the MDR.

I think that you will find this on any ship that has (insanely) switched to 5:30 for main seating.

Thanks again! I realize it is tied to seating times but did not realize Freedom had the early seating times on all her itineraries. Agree - too early. Now we have to rush to the lounge even earlier! ;)

FR's second seating is 8 PM.

Your point?

On all ships, the booze time in the lounges ends at the same time as second seating starts.

6:00 & 8:30 - lounges 5:00 to 8:30

5:30 & 8:00 - lounges 4:30 to 8:00

Same length of time; different time frame, geared to match the set dining times

Maybe, but on my September sailings on the Jewel and on the Brilliance the CL booze time was 5:00 to 8:00 on both ships. They cut 30 minutes off the times we typically had.
