Thank you, Dave. This time I'll be on the lookout for your posts. I must admit that I didn't pay too much attention to the "Everything Royal" because it was at the top and I thought was written by someone at corporate. Little did I know..... ;)

I'm not too sure when we will sail on the Regal, but I know that we'll eventually take that opportunity.

It's hard to believe that it was one year ago today that 'Everything Royal Princess' started.

And I must say, I truly enjoyed every moment of the last twelve months. What an amazing ride it was, all the way to the very end.

It`s a ugly, cold Sundayafternoon. I watched your photos all afternoon. Thank you for sharing the photos. I enjoyed the pictures very much.

I have a question to Dave: Does Princess provide transportation from cruiseport to MIAMI Airport? If yes, would I be able to book transportation to the airport on the ship, during our cruise next Novembre? Or do I have to book it in advance with my TA? Thank you for your anwser.

Hi Maedy,

I'm not quite sure if they offer pre-cruise transfers from MIA to the ship, so you may want to ask Princess Cruises or your Travel Agent.

As for post-cruise transfers, depending on the time of your flight, you could sign up for a tour that will drop you off at the airport:

Dave...I had a couple of questions about the Winemaker's dinner. Your pictures answered my question of what was suitable to wear to dinner.:) My other question is about making a reservation request. Do they have more than one of these dinners each cruise? Did you make reservations on the dine line or speak to the Maitre D? Thanks.

My understanding is that the Wine Makers Table is held twice on a 7-night cruise in both the Concerto and Symphony main dining rooms, so a total of four times. For reservations, most suggest you call the Dine Line as soon as you embark. It couldn't hurt to also speak to the Maître d' in one of the two MDR's. I was told the menu was the same for both of the Wine Makers Tables.

One small trivial detail, and not that it really mattered, but ours was held in the Concerto Dining Room, the Wine Makers Table in the Symphony Dining Room had completely different chairs.

Hello,

I saw some great pictures posted today by Gambee of the Royal Princess leaving the port. And, I saw it on the Web Cam, as well, before that, and heard the horn. :)

Ahhhhhhh.

It was a little cool on the decks and balconies, but I'm sure they will be in warmer climes, soon.

Take care. Lynne

Well, according to my computer I downloaded 3,459 pictures from my camera and iPhone. That total doesn't even count the ones that I took while on Royal Princess and then deleted them for some reason or another. But I've narrowed it down to only 1,391 pictures. ;)

Those taken at our Meet and Greets I've posted directly on those Roll Calls. And as many pictures as I took, and even though I ate in Sabatini's twice, funny thing is I never took pictures of that dining venue other than of the table that night our group ate there. And I wish I had taken more 'people' pictures. I regret not doing that.

With that said, here are the various albums covering my two weeks on Royal Princess.

Maybe through these images you will enjoy the journey as much as I did. I truly hope you enjoy them. :D

Royal Princess, Part 1 (482 pictures)

Royal Princess Bridge Tour (55 pictures)

Up, Down, and Around (Stairwells, some art, etc., 49 pictures)

Royal Princess, Part 2 (696 pictures)

Patters, MDR, menus, etc. (65 pictures)

Happy New Year to everyone!!! :D:D:D

Fantastic!!! Thank you!

Hugh;)

Me, too, Dave! I'm so tired of this terrible winter. Miss all my cruising friends! :D

My grandson is off again today, I think this makes 6 snow days. He may be going to school until mid June!

Hi

We dare not complain down here, as we've had temps in the 80's with some sun this week. They are to "dip" down to low 70's by tomorrow. Don't take me wrong, I'm not gloating, as we have several relatives up in Ohio, New Jersey, New York State and even Nova Scotia!

I continue to keep myself in cruise mode by reading the reviews. We've been getting some offers due to my casino winnings but can't find a ship with sale prices so far. Meanwhile, we are putting our house on the market to test the waters so will be busy with that for awhile. We will be staying in the area, just not the gated community.

Whenever I need some "Royal Treatment", I look at your pictures, Dave. :)

It's a howling blizzard up here today, I live near Toronto. We just finished planning our first Royal Princess cruise and what do I find on CC? Your fantastic photos of the ship! Impressed with the ship and your pix. Great job! So while I hibernate today I will enjoy looking thru your pix over and over till the cruise, which is next January. Thanks for posting.

Question ..we will be doing multiple B2B on the Royal..do they leave the in transit passengers alone on debark days or will we have to get off and do clearance of some sort?

Hi Shana51!

Dave did a B2B in December on RP. He was required to get off, but was back on the ship in 16 minutes! There were 85 people doing the b2b on Dec. 8th. I sailed with Dave on the Dec 1. Since he was in the same stateroom, he did not have to pack up his luggage in between. I believe he did not have to do the emergency drill on the second leg as well. Hope that answers your question.

Try to keep warm, it's awful here in Ohio this winter.
