If I have OBC from booking during a WOW sale and the price of my sailing drops, do I lose my OBC if I request a price match?

Also if we decide to buy an upgrade, will we lose the OBC?

No. You should get the price drop and keep your OBC as long as it is before final payment.

You should be able to do that and still keep your OBC.

My TA said I would lose the OBC if I did a paid upgrade. Could she be wrong?

Sometimes the WOW rules say that "any" change to the reservation will result in loss of OBC.

 

The travel agent should be able to show you the rules and restrictions that govern your reservation.

It would probably depend on if they had to cancel the existing reservation or if they were able to modify it.

This is why it is better to keep control of your own reservation. You could call RCL and get what you need accomplished without a middle man.

I am just the opposite. I booked under a WOW promotion with an OBC. I saw that the new WOW promotion was for $50 more than the original, but did say that it was for new bookings. I called my TA and he was originally told that to get the higher OBC the reservation would have to be changed to prevailing rates because it was for new bookings only but because he has a good relationship with RCCL he was able to get the higher OBC. Had I have booked direct with RCCL I would not have gotten it.

We booked during a WOW sale, I went from an inside to oceanview, I did have to pay a little extra and I kept my OBC. I called a month later and it was showing on my account. :D
