How to confirm On Board Credit?

My next cruise is the first one in which I will have an On Board Credit (small amount from travel agent plus RCI open booking reservation).

 

I've looked on my reservation (on rci.com) but don't see any mention of either OBC. Is there anyway to confirm that the funds have been accurately applied short of calling TA or RCI?

Get your TA to send you something showing your obc.....You don't get it until you're ONBOARD....but it's nice to have a confirmation!

Your TA should be able to confirm the OBC on your booking confirmation from them. However, the OBC will appear on your SeaPass account on day 2 on board.

I have never had a problem with OBC being applied but I always have a confirmation from my TA just in case.

you can call rc and ask them to email you a conformation of your obc. I did that today and had the email in acouple of minutes.

Ask for a booking confirmation from whomever you booked the cruise thru. OBC from your TA will not show up on it but OBC from RCL will. It is halfway down the page on the invoice.

Do bring PDF or proof of OBC with you. We had to prove ours on last cruise, it didn't appear on board. Several others also reported a problem with it getting lost. These were on Enchantment.
