Wonder why the OP hasn't come back?

 

I've called Celebrity 3 times in the past week (once in regards to a booked cruise and twice to book another cruise) and 9 mins was the longest wait time I had. Hopefully she is not still on hold ;)

 

 

Maybe PM her to respond? She was online last night while I was reading this post....

be that as it may, based on the fact that Lisa has not returned, I doubt she got her cabin back. And that's a shame. IMO, this is incredibly poor customer service for Celebrity, but it, unfortunately the norm for them. They will not help out a customer if it means affecting another customer, even if it's the right thing to do. I've experienced it twice myself.

How can anyone "accidentally" change their cabin when printing their E Docs?

 

I would ask how that possible. I have never seen anything other than the ability to print the documents whenever I have printed mine.

I will have to try that myself. Book and inside room and upgrade myself to the RS on check in. :-)
