I will need to go there ASAP when we board on Sunday.

They screwed up our upgrade to the Premium Drink Package and I need to get it fixed.

 

For something like that you go to Guest Relations deck 3, if it can't be handled when you check in.

Why don't you call Celebrity and get it fixed now????

 

They can't .... too close to sailing. :( I'm kind of pissed right now.

I upgraded early so that everything would be on our cards as we boarded.

Now I'm going to have to go to get it fixed when we board.

 

Not only did the Premium Drink Package fall off the reservation but so did

our 123GO drink promo and my daughter's free non-alcoholic drink package.

 

 

also- what deck do we board on ?

Did you perhaps transfer your reservation to a travel agent somewhere along the way?

 

nope - their excuse was that the 123GO offer shouldn't have worked with

some other offer we have ... child cruise for free I think

 

at least they put the 123GO back on the reservation...

pissed they couldn't do the rest

Any chance you booked one of their "special" rates? When we booked we were told that we would get the package. We paid in full and then got a phone call saying "oops,you don't qualify for the drink package". Surprised we got a call. Not very happy since we were told we would get it, but at least we found out before we sail next week!

No longer a Pursers Desk. It's now called Guest Relations and you'll find it on Deck 3. Ask for the Guest Relations Manager. They will call Celebrity or your TA if information is not in their system. Be prepared to wait for an answer. You would be wise to force the issue with Celebrity before you go. If you cruised before ask for Captains Club. If you used a TA Celebrity will probably tell you to call them since they own your reservation. It is always possible that a TA made a mistake. Hard to offer more advice since I don't know all the facts. Enjoy your cruise and drink package.

At least you got it put back on! Be thankful for that!! We have 2 balcony cabins booked so lost it on both cabins.....and they will do nothing for us!

 

that's a load of crap IMHO-

if the computer allowed it and you paid for it then it should have been honored -

Hi:)...you are sailing on Sunday?:) In 3 days?:D instead of being upset

and ruining the next 3 days by worrying and being angry just remember

you are going on a cruise to the Caribbean on Sunday:D......just try

to relax and don't go to Guest Relations being angry:(....take a breath,

it will all be ok:)

go to Guest Relations on deck 3 but dont ask for the manager or you will be pointed as drama person right away. The officers there can do all the manager would do in this case - contact celebrity and the TA and call you back once they get a reply from one of them. If you say that it was placed back on the booking they will see it on the system and place in you card. Just be ready to have the papers that show that you are entitle to it with you. It helps a lot! Relax
