More Free Cruise emails coming

Looks like there might be another wave of free cruise emails coming soon. I got one today, well actually not yet. We were called by our PVP on Friday and told here we were considering a Casino Premier cruise on the Freedom to Aruba, she told us not to do anything until today because there was an email coming out to me giving me a free cruise. Have not gotten the email yet, but when I checked my Carnival.com for special offers it was there. So we called the PVP back and booked. Of course we upgraded to a balcony from inside. Thank you PVP

Gosh wish I was retired, because I can use this twice and still have the premier cruise offer. Just don't have the vacation time

Is it listed under the VIFP offers? If so, darn, all I have is an upgrade available. Congrats to everyone who gets one; and it gives me hope that someday it will be us!

OMG--thank you so much--just got the Breeze for an 8 day for my daughter and I --and WITH a $100 OBC---all for port taxes and fees and a small upgrade fee to a cove balcony---$471 total for both of us !!!

Yes they are--mine says its from the players club--I also get $100 OBC--it was under my VIFP number on carnivals site (actually the offer sent was an expired one, but I called my VIFP and he got me the current one--same thing happened last year).

All I ever get when I check it is "There are no avaible specials at this time please check back often." It's been that way for the last 7 years.

Just got a call from Carnival offerring us the same deal. We just took advantage of it in April. Wouldn't it figure that I just paid our final payment for the Oasis in August. I'm going to look for a sailing that goes out the week before and try to make it a long vacation. I'm guessing it's because of all the casino play on the recent Breeze sailing. We will definitely try to make this work if at all possible! I was quoted as $471 for a balcony with $100 onboard credit.

Yes! Just got the free cruise offer again and booked right away. If anyone is on the fence about this, consider a 24 hour hold because the last time we went in November, the cabins filled up quickly.

Well no luck for me either, although my father left a voice mail wanting to talk about planning a cruise. They cruised with myself and daughters once two years ago and been getting some of the mystery offers. My parents are more Holland America folks, its always fun to watch them marvel at the energy on a Carnival ship.

 

I think Carnival has done a poor job with the Marketing and PR on this offer. I am still curious as to why they just don't tell us how this really works. I mean if marketed right, it would attract more people if they just say its a contest...sail once and get put into a lottery for future great offers! I am a grown adult I can handle not "being selected" if I knew why.

 

I really made up when the single cruise rates opened up at the beginning of the year! As a single father of teenage daughters who grew up vacationing on Carnival it was fun to get away by myself and only have to pay for me. Great move Carnival, I took two since! Plus I appreciate the Military offers they include with some of my bookings..nothing too much to complain about.

 

As a Platinum, I really have only minor issues with Carnival. I only hope that Carnival doesn't take my loyalty for granted, that's my only concern. With that said, Carnival is still the best bang for the buck!
