We head to the upper level of the tender because we know that the upper level will get off first. Here I am enjoying my last drink from HMC…..

From the upper deck you can get some good views as we begin to head back to the ship. Here’s one of the Carnival Pride…..

I started off with two shrimp cocktails, and an order of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese…..

Patti started with the tomatoes and mozzarella, and we both had the lasagna…..

Ryan had the chicken noodle soup, and an order of the jumbo fried shrimp…..

For dessert, Patti had the apple pie, I had chocolate ice cream, and Ryan had orange and lime sherbert. Ken Byrne wowed the crowd with his rendition of “New York, New York”……

Afterwards, we all decided to head to the casino and gamble for a few hours. When all was said and done, I had lost $200, and Ryan had broken even playing blackjack. Patti was tonight’s winner, winning $100, playing the slots. Way to go Patti!! We were exhausted from the day, so back to the cabin we all went. Tonight’s towel creature was waiting for us…..

CP1081.JPG

Also waiting for us was our Diamond invitation from the Captain, Francesco Borgogna…..

Coming up next: Our short, but very enjoyable stay in Freeport, or how to have a blast without leaving the pier area!!

Still loving your review, as always!

Thanks so much for sharing the HMC bar list - I don't think that I have seen that before.

Only 137 days til our Pride cruise (and first cruise in a long while). Thanks for filling it in with great pictures and stories.

I am all caught up your review. I am loving it. As I was looking of your pics from Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay....I realize how much I miss that pool in Grand Turk. I really need to get back there...soon.

Thanks Again so much Jeff for such a great review

By the way Jeff I noticed in your cruise countdowns that you are booked on the 3-day CTN on the Vista. I just booked that as well :)

Hey Brianna!! Thanks for following along. Yes, you do need to get back to GT AND HMC!!

So cool that you booked the 3 day CTN. Patti and I will finally get to meet you!! :)

Jeff, I noticed something strange at the Captain Morgan Bar. Bud Light was $1.00 cheaper when they were closing. We were there 4/15/2015

Just checked my S&S printout, and I was charged $6.75 + 15% right to the bitter end, and as you know, no breaks on the buckets of beer on the island.

We are by no means wealthy, but to tell you the truth, when I'm on a cruise I pay no attention to the prices. If we want something we get it, and face the music later. :D

Two things, we feel exactly as you do. When we are on vacation we pretty much say damn the cost we are here to enjoy ourselves.

Number 2- From the looks of your lovely family I would say you are quite wealthy!

Hi! Silly question I'm sure - we use S&S cards for beverages on HMC, right?

That is correct.

This is a brilliant strategy. Hopefully I can convince my wife to do this when we are there in February.

Thanks!! Why stand out in the hot sun when you can sit in the shade and drink!! :D The same strategy can be used to avoid the long lines to re-board in Grand Turk.

I'm so into your review that I actually felt a little sad looking at the pictures of the beach from onboard the tender. This review has me so pumped up for our trip 6/14 with the same itinerary! Thank you so much again for such a great review!!
