I have a cruise booked that I am paying on. Am I able to add the fttf now or do I need to finish paying it off first?

Correct! If you see it available under excursions, book it now. It sells out fast. You can always cancel it if you change your mind, but it's hard to find later!

IF it is available it will be listed in the excursions under your home port. IF you don't see it listed then it is not available.

You only need to buy 1 for your cabin even if it looks like you need to buy it for everyone.

What exactly do you mean when you say you are having "trouble adding it?"
