I guess at some point she was laughing so much that she collapsed on the floor, and could not get up.

Oh my, just look at them both

I had to return the shirts for her. I am not even sure if she got around buying them, I think she did.

Really nice shirts by the way. Check them out. 2 for $20.

We then went to the Atrium area were they were supposed to have a Beatles tribute. But the singer kept singing country songs, not that they were bad, but it was just not what was advertised on the FunTimes. It was mainly my uncle who wanted to see/listen to the tribute.

It was really nice out.

untitled-1834_zpsqqmcfeml.jpg

We went back to the room. I had to change lenses once again to get ready for the MDR pictures.

More like, we can’t get enough of your money ;)

Can you believe that my aunts still had the mango they had brought aboard from Fort Lauderdale . First of all I am not even sure why they brought it. Is that even allowed

Great mangos though, I got them from a coworker.

We were heading north, but goes the east route, I thought that we would go through the west one. And technically that would put us in the Atlantic Ocean, and not the Caribbean. Am I wrong? Anyway, we told my aunt, and she was happy about it. You get to say that you were sailing in both oceans when telling the stories back home.

How cute is he? Or it? I tend to use he/she for animals as well, why not, right? I think by now most of you are used to it =)

But then again, this is a towel animal.... Anyway,

I wanted some ice for my coke, so we went to the buffet to get some. I took some pictures of the offerings for that night.

Fish and chips, my favorite! It was very tempting. So much so that I suggested we eat at the buffet that day. But it was a no go. After missing lobster night, no one wanted to miss the MDR again, LoL. I can't blame them, the MDR was great aboard the Victory!

I guess at some point I took photos of the drink list. I think this was at the Atrium, just before going into the MDR. Oh wait, now I remember. My uncle was enjoying a few songs from the live band.

We headed into the MDR, and to our surprised guess who was there giving us that sweet look that she was famous for :D. Then again, I don't think the hats and uncles tie were helping, LoL. But the good thing was that she had no ammunition to kick us out that night ;)

She still made her point with that ever so gentle and smooth look :p. She might have a good chance at getting a job at the Four Seasons Resort. Does anyone have connections?

We were sat promptly at a table that was new to us, remember we had anytime dinning. The head server was very nice, but the assistant server seemed to be having a rough day. Life happens, it is understandable. And how my favorite Pope said "Who am I to judge?". We tried our best to be gentle with him. I could tell something was bothering him. Family? It's a rough life on a ship.

The menu for that night.

untitled-1873_zps3y61zqha.jpg

I forgot to mention, the hats were an even bigger hit when grouped together. Everyone would ask where they got them from, and even if they could have one. Actually on one night the hat got my uncle a free drink at the Casino, one of the ladies gave it to him after flirting for a little while.

The food came on time, great service.

I got the frog legs, they were really good. I ended up ordering a second portion to give to my uncle and aunt. I forgot to share with them, oppssssss.

untitled-1874_zpsrmvsddve.jpg

Two of them ordered the lobster bisque, it was really really good. It had nice chunks of lobster in it! I was quite surprised.

untitled-1875_zpsfrv8j9bw.jpg

And two of them got spring rolls, they were good. But there are much better options.

For dinner, I got the fish and chips, YAYYYYYY. It also came with shrimp tempura. It was really good! The only thing not good was the onion rings. I ended up sharing most of my dish.

untitled-1877_zpswgccjkyd.jpg

Two of them ordered the Chateaubriand. They said it was good, I thought it was kind of mehhhh. My mom ordered one medium rare and actually both of them came almost well done.

untitled-1878_zpscpt5kdb7.jpg

Two blackened chickens? No clue, did not try them.

untitled-1879_zpsc31vz5rw.jpg

I was enjoying my new case, I was between the red one and this one. Next time I will get red one. They both looked really good.

Cappuccino Pie. EXCELLENT!!! GET IT!!!

untitled-1884_zpsfemobqzd.jpg

Souffle, HORRIBLE!!! DON’T GET IT!!! :D. It is like some kind of flavorless pudding.

untitled-1885_zpssv4y7slq.jpg

Mom’s usual. I think this is her new favorite dessert. By the way, I had forgotten they call it a Mickey Mouse :p

We left the MDR and went on walking towards the main theater to see what show was going on. I know I have spoken about Marcelo already. I don’t think I have mentioned this before. The victory had a tendency to use the passengers on many of their shows. One of their main productions of one night, was even to display the talents of the passengers. I have never seen that before. But seems to me like a great way to save on cost if you have your own passengers putting on the main show. That said the few shows that they had, were great, or at least that is what my family reported and I take their word for it.

untitled-1887_zps1nbdjv8j.jpg

untitled-1888_zpswtyqv2q9.jpg

After noticing that the show that night was not our cup of tea, we chose to go play a round of mini golf.

untitled-1892_zps2gak2lm4.jpg

untitled-1893_zpsd70k9d2l.jpg

Let me tell you one thing, photographing this ship at night is nearly impossible. There is so much blue that it completely washes out all the detail. I guess I could edit it, but that is a lot of work.

After the game we headed down and met with the girls, we chatted for a little while.

untitled-1912_zpscwkbknbk.jpg

Laughs and gags, LoL

untitled-1913_zpscsw3nuc6.jpg

We relaxed there, and reminded ourselves how lucky we were to have had such an amazing cruise.

Do I look Lit? I had my fair share ;)

untitled-1914_zpslzafuq7j.jpg

The DJ was setting up his station for a huge party that would take place that night on the Lido deck.

We decided to venture back to the room and enjoy our balcony for yet another night.

untitled-1919_zpsy76txmeh.jpg

untitled-1920_zpsq9mnhouj.jpg

My uncle and I had this little fellow waiting for us.

untitled-1921_zps4ezvdnib.jpg

I do remember my uncle leaving the room to go to the casino. He also said he stopped by the party and it was packed as expected, full of people having a great time as I am sure.

To me, the perfect closure to another great day aboard a cruise was sharing precious moments with the ones I love, and wondering about the mysteries of life. For some odd reason the ocean does that to me.

Day 4, End.

First-what a great review! :) Thanks SO much Gambee!!!! Next my question- Do you feel the price of the balcony/inside rooms on the Victory were a deal compared to other Carnival ships and other cruise lines?

I will address questions later on, this set took much longer than I though it would. I have to run to work.

Have a great Sunday everyone =)

There you go, tiered lido deck. I knew there was a better word than ascending deck, thank you. I guess you're right, like I said I never used the area and thus I would have never noticed that benefit.

Chair hogs sure were an issue in the AFT pool on the sea day, other than that it was fairly easy to get a chair. The Serenity area did look quite small for a ship that size, I can only imagine how crowded it can get.

Have a great cruise aboard the Conquest, and thank you for input :)

I'm so happy to be reading one of your reviews again! I need to catch up on them all!! We went on our cruise in October and immediately fell into cruise withdrawal on our return.

ANYWAY...We missed the tiered lido deck on the Breakaway! We had them on our honeymoon on NCL Dawn and CCL Destiny. We liked that we could see the action no matter where our deck chairs were!

I can't wait to read the rest of your review!

Thanks for another great set of pictures, Gambee!

just a heads up Gambee....if you do get to go back to Grand Turk. Snorkel your way around the pier to the shipwrecked boat....Tons of fish around that spot!!!

We did not get to explore the beach much when we were at Grand Turk. I will remember to check out the shipwreck next time we go. A shipwreck like that usually does make a food fish habitat. Thanks for mentioning it.

Good day Gambee! Grand Turk is also on my list of places to go to. I'll make it there next year in October finally. Glad to see you made it down to Jack's Shack. Jack's seems to be a favorite of a lot of people, probably because of Topher but also because it is a little less stressful than Margaritaville. I plan on spending my day there while in Grand Turk. :)

Agreed, the place is so much more peaceful than Margaritaville. Highly recommended.
