Yup, from what I can tell from the webcam/Instagram pics; Genting Dream's partition is already filled with water, perhaps still waiting for her hull art to be done indoors. Could be days, could be a week or what. Not really sure as I don't have any dates around here.

 

edit; the Joy block will go out first (exiting on the right side of the webcam still) and docked outside. Genting Dream will be floated out after that and moored along the dock's finishing pier.

If I read the article correctly; Mid August this year the 2nd mega block will be finished, floated out, Genting Dream will also be floated out and both mega blocks will go back in the large building hall for completion.

 

To add on that: Around that same time block work for the first mega block of the 2nd Genting ship, World Dream, will start alongside Joy. And after World Dream we will finally get our BA+ #3 (with delivery Q2 2018)!

Yes, that´s correct! The Genting Dream will be ready by then. The two mega blocks go back into the hall, they are "fixed" together and the bow and stern sections are added. In front of the Norwegian Joy the next mega block will be built - part 1 of World Dream.
