To link for dining each party in the booking link must contact their booking agent whether a private travel agent or Princess whomever you booked with and give them the other parties booking number. Also make sure the table you first requested is large enough for the number of people in the connecting parties as each party must request the same table size. This just happened to us, one in our group request a table for 4 and there were now 6 of us and until they changed to a table of 6 we could not join.
