Is booking a noon departure from Sydney doable?

 

Are you asking if the ship arrives Sydney at 7am and you have a noon flight to somewhere is it a problem? I would say no. We had an 11:40am flight two weeks ago and we didn't leave the dock until 8:15 and made it in plenty of time. I would recommend that you get off the ship as early as possible. If you have no issues handling your own luggage I would do the walk off and catch a taxi.

If its an international flight and you dock at 7:00 I'd say a bit early for me.

We didn't book a noon flight back on Sept 6, choosing to stay until the next day, getting off Dawn Princess. When arrived in Sydney, we discovered Princess had transport and disembarkation times for flights as early as 10:30. It was close for us when we made our decision. Turns out there would have been little problem.

 

Sept 6 was a Sunday, so no traffic getting to the airport.

Find out the minimum flight time Princess allows, and go with that. They know best. Even then, we sometimes choose a little later flight to allow for unforeseen delays.
