Does Bev Pkg cover Milk Shakes at burger place?

I can not find any detailed answers on what exactly is covered by the ultimate package. The promo picture shows what looks like a milk shake or frozen coffee drink.

Does anyone know if the ultimate package covers milk shakes from the burger place?

The picture could be a mudslide or similar frozen drink from a bar. Milkshakes at Johnny Rockets are not included in the package. They are also not included in the fee for Johnny Rockets and must be purchased separately.

no beverage package includes Johnny Rockets milkshakes.

Good thing , would be hard not to have a few a day if they were included
