Belle Posted June 16, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2016 Like the 6-16-16 date to weigh Sounds like a lucky date to lose a pound today Wish it could be a 6 or 16 pound loss by the way Just don't we will get that today Just be happy if we lose anything I say That's the best we can ask for today Everyone I'm taking a few weeks off from coming in and writing. Just need a break to get my life together. I need to get thinking about things, to get this weight loss going. Tired of staying the same all the time. Plus get other things in my life together. Been sliding by since my husband died. Hope you understand. I will be back. Also hard, my mother is still the same going down hill slowly. Doesn't know me and doesn't talk. Another thing that I have to deal with. You all take care, Please someone start this each week till I come back in. Don't let this thread die out. Hugs to ALL! I'll be happy to keep the thread going as I anticipate being in weight loss mode for awhile. My weight loss adventure made a sudden reversal last week - I gained a pound to 197.5. I think I know the reason. I had bought some prepared sandwiches from Costco for a meeting and quite a few were left over. So rather than throwing them out (which I should have), I scarfed them down over a two day period. I hope you all did better than I did last week. retiring soon Posted June 17, 2016 #10 Share Posted June 17, 2016 Hi all! Belle ~ we'll miss you & your ditties but will be here when you come back. Take good care of yourself. Well I'm embarassed to say that I gained 3.2 lbs & I wasn't even on a cruise!!!!:eek: Guess it must have been all those meals out, home baking & other rewards. I'm a little afraid since I'll be spending 5 nights at my DD's place where I'll be alone & eating out, probably twice a day.
