Is anyone else getting alot of those "uh oh, our site is taking a vacation" error webpages on the NCL website? Particularily with editing your profile, viewing latitude rewards, etc....

I can't seem to access those sites.

Yes, it's been that way for quite a while now. Seems to be a problem with non US accounts.

There is another older thread on this, it has been down since January for some of us in Canada. I called and they said they are aware of the problem but are not sure when and if it can be fixed. They told me to log in from the US but that did not work either.

Yes - unable to login, but the highlight is I now get their emails in German with a link to the German website - which of course I can access, but can't read.

A free language course! How kind! :D

Yes, I am getting the same errors about the site taking a holiday - oh, very droll.

You are welcome. It is always a good thing when someone goes out of his way to help another person improve himself!

Their I.T. possibly working with a new PR department, making changes & updates on their website - thus, cut-n-paste and in the process, causing issues ... I see subtle changes in layout, designs in the frames & color graphics

Take a look at this webpage (that is, if you can view it) on "What To Pack" ... Each guest is allowed two pieces of checked luggage with a 50-pound maximum each, same as airlines.

https://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruise/prepare-for-your-cruise/what-to-pack

Now :D - interested wordings, I think.
