Booking question

I was checking on Carnivals booking engine for a cruise. I booked it under early saver and did it again under past guest giving my number. They both came up the same price. I did this on a couple of cruises same thing. I thought you got a cheaper deal on early saver? Can someone answer this for me?

When I check for cruises there is usually a $20 difference in ES and past guest rates.

What ships and dates were you looking at where the prices were the same?

This has been my experience as well. Usually book past guest, then switch over to ES as final payment date approaches.
