travsmom Posted August 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2016 I was checking on Carnivals booking engine for a cruise. I booked it under early saver and did it again under past guest giving my number. They both came up the same price. I did this on a couple of cruises same thing. I thought you got a cheaper deal on early saver? Can someone answer this for me?
SadieN Posted August 22, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2016 ES isn't always the lowest but it has some good things and bad things. Research it carefully. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app

What ships and dates were you looking at where the prices were the same? Bill
ABQrobin Posted August 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2016 It TOTALLY depends on the specific cruise and how far out...
riffatsea Posted August 22, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2016 I prefer booking past guest even if the price is a small bit more. I find ES too restrictive. You can get price drops with past guest up to final payment and I don't mind not getting them after that.
