Does your final payment have to be made before you get you on board credit? On the same day I sent in the necessary paperwork to both princess (jan) and hal (dec) for cruises I have planned. The hal one was credited right away and still nothing on princess. Made my final payment on hal but not on princess yet.

I can't speak for policy, but I just don't request the Shareholder thing until after I have made Final Payment.

 

Don't be afraid to resubmit to Princess after final payment.

The statement that you submit to claim the credit must be within 90 days of embarkation...so by the time I get the statement, I'm at or near final payment date.

Have always gotten it quickly from Princess but always wait until after final payment to submit

I seem to recall that I submitted my proof, using a monthly statement with all other stocks crossed out, withing a few weeks of cruising. Definitely after the final payment.

The request must be submitted within 90 days of sailing. September 30 to January 1 is 94 days. If you sent earlier or are sailing later, you are even more too early.

IS there a new request form? I looked at my saved files and have the one that expires in the summer of 2016. Or can I simply fax my stock information and an explanation?

No explanation needed. I don't even use the form. Just write the required info on your "proof" and send it in.
