Nachi Cocom Reservation questions

I have a couple of questions I didn't see asked recently.

Is the Nachi Cocom website the only place where you can make reservations? I tried to find a listing on shoreexcursioneer, but couldn't get one to come up.

How far in advance of your cruise should you book it?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

You used to be able to book through Island Marketing - don't know if you still can?

We booked yesterday for our NY tour on RCCL Independence.

Our friends have gone for several years and really like it.

What is your tip policy when you go? Do you have a dedicated drink waiter and tip them before you leave?

Same question regarding the lunch.

Thank you.

You should have one waiter and he will wait on you no matter where you go. We started on the beach and ended up at a table by the pool. When we go there again on our upcoming cruise, I plan on making sure I am at a table (either by the pool or in the restaurant area) for our meal. They bring out so much food! We definitely appreciated having a large table.

So for tipping purposes, we only had one person to tip at the end of the day.

One waiter, all day, for drinks, lunch, floating pads, etc. We usually tip 15-20% of the admission fee for good service; I usually give the bar tenders some extra $ for letting me practice my Spanish at the swim-up bar.
