You must have curbed your background data/wifi use. I forgot the first night and ate up 200mb backing up photos.

 

 

Each time I stopped using it I turned off wifi.

So I am obsessed with the hope of seeing whales or dolphins from our balcony. My DH even surprised me with a stocking filler at Christmas of a pair of binoculars.

Anyway I did all my homework on the different port stops and today we are in the Dominican Republic and during January to April it is the whale breeding season...

So I have set my alarm for sunrise and have been sitting on the balcony with binoculars and coffee (a fantastica perk)

And the weather???

It even rains in paradise!

Can you get bottled water you can take with you into port? We have the classic package. I usually bring a 12 pack.

Yes we get a couple of bottles from any bar on the way to disembark also you can get small and large sizes. And it's not the one that everyone is moaning about on the Norwegian forum....

Last night the theme was 70's this seemed to be interpreted by most of the ladies as kaftan style dresses and tops with wedge shoes - how lucky that they are back in fashion! And men seemed to be wearing Hawaiian shirts!

Awake at stupid o clock this morning as the clocks went back one hour to Florida time hence sitting on the balcony posting on here and being on whale watch again!

Finally for this morning its second gala night tonight plus the welcome back cocktail party, I believe Black Status passengers get a complimentary photo from this. We are not having dinner in the MDR as we want to try the Italian restaurant which we pre booked.
