Maraprince Posted February 3, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2017 Does the Breakaway have a bowling alley? If so, is there a charge to bowl? Thanks! MARAPRINCE

esm54687 Posted February 3, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2017 But don't expect it to be similar to your local full bowling alley..... it's an arcade style game Sent from my SM-N910V using Forums mobile app
Dajbman22 Posted February 3, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2017 To get an idea of what the bowling on Breakaway is like, check the photos on the review page, under the O'Sheehan's page (that's where the lanes are located): http://www.cruisecritic.com/photos/ships/norwegian-breakaway-642/osheehans-neighborhood-bar-and-grill-215878/osheehans-neighborhood-bar-and-grill--v10857315/
ncklhaus Posted February 3, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2017 It's $5 per person per game. It's the smaller bowling alley with the pins attached to cables.
luckyinpa Posted February 3, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 3, 2017 i did this to say i did it. couldnt figure out how to get it to be 2 players so we just alternated frames. anyone that gets over 200 should automatically get upgraded to haven. that tiny ball is not easy to control
Rare PatandStu Posted February 3, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 3, 2017 I paid for 2 players by swiping my card twice. We played with 3 people, just took turns throwing 2 balls each. We used the kiddie bumper bars because we were at sea and the boat was rockin'! Yes, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it! Eleteace Posted February 3, 2017 #8 Share Posted February 3, 2017 Yep it's $5 last time I checked. I've got a photo of it here if you want to see: http://cruisingisntjustforoldpeople.co.uk/ncls-norwegian-breakaway/ Isn't like a proper bowling alley more like an arcade style as said above :) still good fun though! Totally agree with PatannM I like to blame the rocking off the ship for my bad bowling too... ha ha. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
